Scenario:

When attempting to export reports or data from QNE Software, you receive the following error message:
            



Procedure:

  1. Verify User Permissions in QNE Software:

  • Log in to QNE Software with an Administrator account.

  • Navigate to Maintenance System User Role.

  • Select the affected user and double-click it.


  • In the Roles Details section, double-click the assigned role.


  • Go to Permissions Data Operation.

  • In the Business Object, search for Sales Invoice Details (or the relevant module mentioned in the scenario).

  • Check the Export column to ensure that exporting is enabled.

  • Click Save to apply changes.

  • Have the user log out and log back in before attempting to export again.
