How to Clone a User Role

HOW TO CLONE A USER ROLE

In System, there is a feature called Security System Role where it is use to set an Access Rights for a particular Department, Group or Team. Also, there is a function in the system that a Security System Role can be just Cloned. This will be helpful specially during a setup whereas a Security System Role has just the same Set Access Rights with the other.

Under Maintenance > User Roles

Select on the Security System Role that needs to be Cloned

Then rename the Security System Role, and edit if needed then click Save.

After saving, it will automatically be added in the list of Security System Role.

The clone function in Security System Role is useful when different Security System Role has the same Access Rights but has minimal difference per team, group or department.
