How to Manually Update System In QNE OPTIMUM

HOW TO MANUALLY UPDATE SYSTEM IN QNE OPTIMUM

Procedure(s):

After system version update, all databases must be of the same version with the system version newly installed.

There are two ways to update the database in the system:

1. After system version update, login in the system. The system will prompt the user to Upgrade the database for it will detect that the system and database are of different version. Just click ‘Upgrade’.
2. If user cannot login in the system, in login screen, Press CTRL + U and a window will pop up. Just click ‘Yes’ and the database will be forced to update.

NOTE: Repeat this procedure for manual update is required to be done twice.
