2. How will I setup my Company according to its Local Philippine Setting?

N3 AI Accounting adapts with the localization setting according to which country has been selected during account sign-up (either Malaysia, the Philippines, or Myanmar). 

From the Chart of Account Setup, Tax Codes, and Tax Reports Requirements up to Financial Reporting Standards, your company will be set up and localized automatically for you.

3. How will I migrate Data from my old system to N3 AI Accounting?

N3 AI Accounting has a Data Migration Tool enabling users to transfer the data from one application to another with full ease. If the data source is from another QNE Software Application, this can be migrated smoothly in the new N3 AI Accounting. Otherwise, a CSV or XLS Excel template shall be provided to aid with the data importation from any other system.

4. Is there a Trial Period?

Definitely! QNE allows users to sign up for a QNE Cloud Account and subscribe to its FREE Plan that enables users to get a complete glimpse of its Modules and Features. QNE won’t be asking for any debit/credit card payment details before you can access the system.

Sample Company resets every 30 days, or you can always manually reset it after adding, editing, or deleting sample data to revert to its original state.

7. How many Users will be allowed to access and login?

User count is based on the enrolled user names and can access concurrently. While the FREE Plan includes 1 User, Paid Plan Subscriptions can enroll up to 6 users.
