How to Allow User to ‘Print Documents More Than Once' in Sales or Purchase Module
Problem Scenario(s):
A warning error prompted as the document cannot be printed more than once.
Procedure:
1. Log in using a User with Administrator User Role.
2. Go to Maintenance > User Roles > then double click on the User Role of the User who encounter the prompt message.
3. Once User Role is opened, go to Permission > Other Operations then tick the Allow checkbox for Print Transactions More Than Once (Purchase Module) and/or Print Transactions More Than Once (Sales Module) and click Save.
4. Upon saving this prompt will appear, just click No.
Note: User may already print either the Purchase or Sales documents multiple times
