Quickly Share Transaction Printouts with your Contacts Using the Send Feature
Overview:
Send feature enables the user to share their transaction printout outs to their contacts. This feature gives different ways to send the printouts. These include Email, messaging applications such as WhatsApp and Telegram, and generating a link that can be manually forwarded to recipients. All messages include a copy and a downloadable link to the transaction.
Scenario:
Send a notification to the customer about their transaction through email.
Procedure:
1. On the Navigation Pane, go to Sales > Sales Invoices. Click the ‘Add’ button to create a new transaction.
2. Once done creating the Sales Invoice, click the ‘Save & Send’ button.
3. This will show more options to send the invoice. After selecting the desired sending option, the transaction will be saved and the ‘Send Transaction for’ screen will appear. Click ‘Notification’ to send a notification to the customer about the transaction.
Message configuration based on your selected sending option will appear.
Sending options:
● Email - the email address under customer maintenance will be set in the ‘Send To’ field.
● WhatsApp - this will open the WhatsApp application and send the message to the number set in the ‘Recipient’ field.
● Telegram - this will let you forward a Telegram message using your Account.
● Link - the system will generate a link and allow the user to send it manually to the customer
Application:
The customer will receive an email with an attachment of the Invoice.
