What’s New 
This release delivers key improvements in financial accuracy, tax compliance, and reporting flexibility. Enhancements include improved General Ledger posting, streamlined BIR tax forms, and a modernized VAT declaration experience. We’ve also expanded Report Designer capabilities with new data fields for deeper business insights and improved financial reporting clarity.

In addition, usability has been enhanced across payment and reconciliation workflows, while new inquiry reports provide better visibility into financial performance. System updates also improve master data consistency, cheque printing compliance, and support for localized configurations across multiple countries.

1. Improved General Ledger Posting Structure (AR/AP Account Posting)
The Posting Account has been enhanced to post transactions using control accounts instead of direct customer and supplier codes based on user setup. This improves accounting structure by ensuring transactions are centralized, standardized, and aligned with best practices. It also enhances audit traceability and simplifies reconciliation across customer and supplier balances.


2. Updated VAT Declaration
The VAT 2550Q declaration has been redesigned to align with the current update of BIR 2550Q. This improves data entry flow by guiding users through required sections in a logical order, minimizing input errors and making VAT filing faster and more intuitive.


3. Updated Cheque Printing Format for PCHC Compliance
Cheque printing layouts have been updated to comply with Philippine Clearing House Corporation (PCHC) standards. This ensures printed cheques meet banking requirements, reducing the risk of rejection and improving acceptance across financial institution


4. Added TIN and Branch Code Fields Across Business Forms
TIN and Branch Code fields are now visible in customer, supplier, sales, and purchase preview format. These additions improve tax identification accuracy, support regulatory compliance, and ensure consistent business entity tracking across all transactions.


5. Enhanced Trial Balance with Customer and Supplier Balances
The Trial Balance now includes optional visibility of customer and supplier balances. This provides users with a more complete financial overview in a single report, improving decision-making and reducing the need to switch between multiple reports.


6. Localized Company Configuration of Other Southeast Asia Countries
The system now supports country-specific configuration settings, allowing businesses operating in multiple regions to align system behavior, formats, and compliance requirements according to local regulations.


7. Improved Default Book Preview Layout 
The default book preview format has been improved so that the “Date” column always appears first. This enhances readability and ensures users can quickly interpret transaction timelines without adjusting column order manually.


8. Corrected Accounting Terminology for Retained Earnings
The system label “Retain Earning” has been corrected to “Retained Earning” to ensure alignment with standard accounting terminology and improve consistency across financial reports and interface


9. Updated Company Profile BIR Label
The label “BIR CAS Registered” has been updated to “BIR CAS/CBA Registered” for improved clarity and accuracy in representing compliance registration types.


10. Improved BIR Section Layout in Company Profile
The BIR section within Company Profile has been reorganized to group related fields more logically. This makes configuration easier, reduces user confusion, and improves overall setup efficiency.


11. Report Designer Enhancement – Expanded Data Field Availability
The Report Designer has been enhanced with additional data fields across multiple report types, allowing users to build more detailed and customized reports. Newly added fields include:
- Currency Rate (PR and GRN reports) 
- Fixed Asset Account Details (Fixed Asset reports)
- Customer Name (Invoice Matching Listing) 
- Term Name (Sales Transaction reports)
- Date Ref 1 & Date Ref 2 (Sales & Purchase Registers)
Supplier Delivery Order Number (Purchase reports)


12. Column Chooser Enhancement – Expanded Column Selection Options
The Column Chooser has been enhanced to provide more flexible report customization by introducing additional selectable columns. These new columns allow users to tailor report views based on operational needs:
- Location Name (Stock Location Balance report)
- Stock Location Code and Location Name (Sales & Purchase reports)
- Detailed Stock Location Code and Location Name (Sales & Purchase reports) 


13. Customer Debit Note Journal Inquiry
A new inquiry report that consolidates all customer debit note transactions, enabling users to track adjustments and financial movements in a single view.


14. Cash Sales Journal Inquiry
Provides a dedicated journal for cash sales transactions, improving visibility of immediate revenue streams and simplifying cash-based reporting.


15. Cash Purchase Journal Inquiry
A new report that consolidates all cash purchase transactions, helping users monitor immediate expense activity more effectively.


16. Balance Sheet Comparison Inquiry
Enables users to compare balance sheet data across different periods, supporting financial analysis, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.


17. Enhanced Receive Payment Grid (DevExpress)
The Receive Payment interface has been improved for better usability and responsiveness, allowing users to allocate payments more efficiently and reduce manual effort during reconciliation.


18. Enhanced Supplier Knock Off Grid (DevExpress)
Supplier payment matching has been optimized with improved layout and performance, making reconciliation faster, clearer, and easier to manage.


19. Enhanced Customer Knock Off Grid (DevExpress)
Customer payment matching has been streamlined to improve accuracy and usability, enabling faster clearing of outstanding balances.


20. Improved System Links and Onboarding Experience
System-wide link updates have been applied to Quinny AI registration and privacy pages across QCA and N3. These improvements ensure users are directed correctly during onboarding and can access compliance information consistently without interruptio
