Upon generation of Payslip or Payroll Register, sometimes, you can encounter the error below:
Try the following:
A. Close unused active programs in you computer
B. Restart QnE Payroll Instance through Start > Services > SQL Server QNEPH2012
C. Restart your computer
After trying one or all of the procedures, try to go back to QnE Payroll and generate your report. System should generate the report successfully without the error.
